Official Rules
One entry per person. If a person enters multiple times, all their entries will be disqualified. Must be 18 or older to enter. All 10 questions on the survey must be completed in order to qualify for the giveaway.
Immediate family members of Clean Teen Reads' owner may not enter the giveaway.
Giveaway ends when survey has been completed by 50 people. Winner will be chosen by random drawing from all qualified entries.
